Alan Shoalmire (aka The Grill Sergeant) has always had a talent for cooking and turned this passion into a business after retiring from teaching. He prides himself in excellent service and is constantly looking to create new and exciting flavors to share with customers. His favorite part of running a Hot Dog Stand is the feeling of community that comes with it. He feels that being able to make someone’s day with the taste of a good dog will never get old.
